Field Trips
for ages 2 to 12
Each week we offer a different theme with lots of exciting activities, art, music and more! Our field trips offer a destination complete with decorations, costumed characters, something to take home that the student created and great learning and fun activities that your campers will want to tell everyone about! We offer some art field trips, music field trips, dance, Science, foreign language and field trips with a destination in mind like a castle, a farm, a visit to another country and those that focus on history.
During the school year we offer different field trips. Although there are not as many days available due to our ongoing classes they are great experiences!
Register at 614-563-4807 or email us at info@studiojsingpaintplay.com. Book early to get the date you want. We understand that this early you will not know your exact numbers. As long as you book your date you will have that date. If you have less than 12 students you may have another group with you at the same time. Any group of students of 20 or more will be the only center at that time.
Deposit of $25.00 and deposit is deducted from what you owe. One of our staff meembers will contact you three days prior to get your final numbers. The remainder is due the day of the trip
Red, White and Blue Extravaganza!!!
It’s Carnival and Magic Days!
Wednesday, July 30th, Thursday, July 1st and Friday July 2nd
Red, White & Liberty Magic.
The Magician, the Great Haredine performs a Red, White & Liberty Magic show on this fun field trip. It’s a fast moving show filled with comedy and audience participation and he even makes a large American Flag appear. The children’s favorite part though will be when Oreo the bunny magically appears. He even produces cupcakes and the field trip visitors will have to help eat those when the show ends.
The students will enjoy various carnival games and win prizes. We will create a red, white and blue hat and learn some fun dances and sing songs. Activities are geared for ages 2 to 12 and younger and older children are separated by age.

Each student is $5.00 if you have at least 20 students. Less than 20 is $7.50 each. If you have less than 20 there is a minimum charge of $100.00 per group.
Only one Day Care or Preschool at a time if more than 20.

A day at the Castle:
June 21st to 25th Dress like a princess or prince, search for the large hidden treasure chest and choose prizes from it, get a Prince or Princess tattoo, create a wooden treasure chest, go gem mining in the sand table and learn some ballroom dances. This is best for ages 2 to 10. A special visit from a costumed character Princess!
Red, White & Blue Extravaganza
June 28th to July 2 includes amazing magic show where a large American Flag appears and a real bunny. Carnival games, learn magic tricks. Free cupcake snack that the magician makes apprear. Make a large red, white and blue hat.
July 5th to 9th Science Lab and Electronics Watch a great Science show and then move through our stations trying all kinds of Science experiments. Students will be divided by age groups as some activities for the older students are too involved for the younger ones.
Down on the Farm:
July 12 to 17
Jump over the haystacks, try milking our pretend cow, make a cow puppet, learn some square dances and sing some fun farm songs. Encourage your students to dress up for some square dancing and cow milking fun. We will make our own butter and will even try to lasso!
Let's learn to lasso! It was really fun watching everyone try their hand at throwing the lasso. It looks easier than it is.
We are learning some square dances. It was pretty hot outside this day so we had something cool to drink when we went back inside.
Rock On:
Week of July 19th to 23
Play real drums and keyboards as you sing and dance along with some of your favorites.
We will create a drum to take with you and learn to play it in our drum circles. Time to get on stage and be a star! Face painting and tattoos for the guys and make up for the girls. We’ll learn some dances, songs and all get a chance to be on stage. Bring a camera to capture all your stars!!! 
Students will each create a drum to take home. You can choose for your students to make a bucket drum or a wood framed drum. 
Pirates ARRGGG:
July 26th to 31st
Wear our pirate costumes and get a pirate tattoo. Create a pirate hat to take home and make a pirate craft. Time to search for the pirate treasure chest and get some loot to take home. Sing some pirate songs and walk the plank. A visit from a pirate. (Our decorations for this one include skeletons and a 6 fot tall talking skeleton pirate. The older kids love this week. Best for ages 5 and up!
Around the World
Aug. 2 to 6th
Learns songs and dances in various languages, learn some Spanish and French, create a non edible taco, free rice tasting with chopsticks,. Lots of fun experiences with games, art and music from all around the world.
Destination Days
Destination: Hawaii
Aug. 18th to 20th
Join us at a Hawaiian Luau. Learn to do the hula, create a volcano that you can explode, do fun games with coconuts and make a Hawaiian crafts and get a Hawaiian necklace. Great decorations and atmosphere bring your camera.
Destination: Japan
One of your destination hosts will wear a Kimono from Japan. You will learn origami paper folding, learn to use chopsticks, play a game,
Destination: Mexico
We will create a non edible taco, dance, sing songs in Spanish, break a pinata and more.
