Special Girl Scout Patch Day:  Earn several patches in one day: 
 
One hour Brownie try it workshops & one hour Junior Patch workshops. Come for one or more. Sign up with your own child or with your troop.
 
Offerings: Workshops are $8.00 per workshop per girl. Attend two or more in one day and they are only $6.00 per workshop per girl.

Let's Pretend
Movies, stories, television shows, songs, and even dances are often base on "make-believe." When you pretend to be someone or something you're not, you're "acting." Go onstage with some of these activities:
Our  teacher will lead the brownies in being a Mime,trying tongue twisters, creating a mask to take home, creating some stage props and acting out a well know fairy tale.  This is a really fun try it.  If you come as a troop you could show the fairy tale play later to other troops or use it as a service project. (Try it not included.)

Individuals can register as well as troops.   Register by 5 days prior or schedule a time just for your troop.

Brownie Try It:
Making Music
Music is the art of making sounds. Different people find different sounds pleasing to the ear. Some sounds in nature, like birdcalls, are musical.

One of our music instructors will teach you to move to the music, sing in rounds, sing action songs, learn a dance from Israel and create a drum then play it. (Try it not included)

$8.00 (non refundable due to materials purchase, although you can send someone in your place.)

Dancercize the High School Musical Way:

Brownies & Juniors (Juniors will learn more involved dances.)

Dancing is a great way to exercise. Enjoy dancing to High School Musical songs.  You'll enjoy wearing boas, shaking pom poms, playing pots and pans with spoons, dancing with thousands of bubbles in the air and more. We will learn dances together and enjoy a dance party.  We even have our own elevated stage and microphones.

$8.00 (non refundable due to materials purchase, although you can send someone in your place.) Individuals can register as well as troops.  
 
Register five days prior   or schedule a time just for your troop.
 
**Note: We will be completeing the requirements for the dancercize try it for brownies and the dance patch for Juniors. Patches and try it's are not included. 

 
50's Sock Hop!!!

All ages of Girl Scouts for the Father-Daughter Event.

Don't miss this event. Lots of fun decorations, crafts, refreshments, dancing fun!!!

Grades K to 10th

Wear a poodle skirt or denim shorts or capris and come and rock with us!  We will meet the requirements of the Dancercize Try-It or Dance Badge (not included) by learning some fun 50's dances.  Then we will enjoy the sock hop, complete with fun decorations, dinner in the diner and creating a craft. You'll feel like you're walking back in time.  Dinner includes hot dogs, chips, root beer floats and cookie.

$12.00 per girl, $5.00 per Dad (non refundable due to materials purchase, although you can send someone in your place.) Try it or patch not included.
